Currently, the residents have access and use of the metal shed on the N.W. side of the property and is also accessed by lawn care and maintenance workers. Residents must provide their own lock for the shed they are using and provide Ameritrue with a key.

Currently, lawn care is provided by the owner. The owner does reserve the right to pass on the cost of having this service done to the resident with a 30-day notice. Snow Removal: The basement is responsible for all sidewalks in the rear of the house and the driveway area where they park.

The resident currently pays $195 for the utilities this is subject to change depending on usage with a 30-day notice.

The back cement patio is reserved for apartment residents exclusively. The deck is reserved for main (top) residents exclusively.
