It's located in a quiet, residential area. It's on our larger lot. Meaning, we are your closest neighbors. This guesthouse can only have a maximum of two people/adults (plus a child and/or pet). If you like mountain views, adjacent parks (tennis, playground, grassy hills), and no traffic, this place is for you. The property has fruit trees, shade trees, and a lot of vegetation. Tons of storage! You have a 9x15 storage unit that's private and included in your rental.
Things to note:
-This is a guest house and the 1/3 acre, well-kept yard is shared with us. We have two younger boys and a sweet little girl who do play in the yard. This being said, your home is 100% private, separate, and quiet.
-Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included with the rental price.
-The price is for rent, utilities are additional and range but are, on average, about $260 per month (which includes high-speed internet but would be less if you don't want internet because it's a separate internet from the main house). Gas and internet are metered separately.
