2 Bedrooms + Private Bathroom for rent

Looking to rent 2 bedrooms and private bath to a female roommate. Bedroom # 1 is 11 X 11 with a good size closet. Second bedroom is smaller but would make a great home office or mega walk in closet. Bathroom is in-between the 2 bedrooms so basically half the upstairs would be entirely yours:) $700 per month for 2 rooms & private bath. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. All utilities and high speed fiber internet included. You’ll have a designated parking spot on the side of the house.

All rooms are fully remodeled and have new paint and carpet. Shared areas of the home are also totally remodeled. Hoping to find one person to rent both bedrooms but if you want just one let’s talk. Main floor is open concept kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Laundry room’s in the basement (also looking for basement tenant). Backyard is a nice hangout spot, it’s fully fenced and has hammock, garden lights, and veggie garden in the summer.

Neighbor is quiet and very safe. Finding the right fit is very important to me. Planning on just offering month to month lease.  I’m in my early 30s and have 3 dogs! Unfortunately can’t have anymore animals due to city limits. My dogs are my whole world so if you want to live with me you should love dogs!  I work full time (mostly from home) and love the outdoors. I’m quiet, go to bed early, and keep a very clean home. Could be cool to cook dinner together and go on hikes. But if you want to keep to yourself that’s fine too. No smoking or drugs but some drinking is ok. (I’m a glass of wine on the patio type person, not a party person). Reach out and let’s see if sharing a home together could be a good fit. Sorry but no kids or couples.
