Looking to rent my basement out to a female roommate. Bedroom # 1 is 11 X 11 with a good size closet. Second bedroom is smaller but would make a great home office or mega walk in closet. Private Bathroom is in-between the 2 bedrooms, there’s a massive great room, storage under the stairs, and laundry room. $1000 per month for the entire basement. All utilities and high speed fiber internet included. You’ll have a designated parking spot on the side of the house or a garage space, let’s chat and see what works best for you . Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished.

All rooms are fully remodeled and have new paint and carpet. Shared areas of the home are also totally remodeled. Main floor is open concept kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Backyard is a nice hangout spot, it’s fully fenced and has hammock, garden lights, and veggie garden in the summer.

Neighbor is quiet and very safe. Finding the right fit is very important to me. Planning on just offering month to month lease.  I’m in my early 30s and have 3 dogs! Unfortunately can’t have anymore animals due to city limits. My dogs are my whole world so if you want to live with me you should love dogs!  I work full time (mostly from home) and love the outdoors. I’m quiet, go to bed early, and keep a very clean home. Could be cool to cook dinner together and go on hikes. But if you want to keep to yourself that’s fine too. No smoking or drugs but some drinking is ok.
