Fully furnished 11 x 11 ft room with a private shower/bathroom in a beautiful home with sunset and mountain views, a huge garden, and backyard access to the Murdock Canal Trail and Valley Vista Mountain Biking trails.  Large kitchen and 2 living rooms shared only with home owner (40 year old highly outdoorsy female) who will only be home 3-4 weeknights per week. Ample street parking in the cul-de-sac.

Rent: $700/month. Utilities (including internet up to 75 Mbps): flat rate of $100/month. 

There is a basement tenant (27 year old female) who shares the same entrance, laundry room and use of the garden space, but otherwise has her own room, bathroom, living room and kitchen in the basement.

I ask that the person who occupies this room give the 2 outdoor cats 1 can of cat food per day since I will not be home half the time.
