Maple Grove Apartments is a fairly new group of 6-plexes in a residential setting, located just off State Street in Pleasant Grove, behind Maverik and Auto Zone. The area is quiet and secluded, yet convenient to grocery stores, banks, eating out, gas stations, State Street, and Geneva Road; and only 5 min from the freeway. All apartments have extra cabinets in the kitchen, along with the dishwasher, refrigerators,  and self-cleaning gas range.  There are also large cabinets in the laundry closet above the W/D hook-ups.  Dryer hook-ups are electric. Furnace, water heater, and range are natural gas. Each apartment has its own central air conditioning. Exterior doors are equipped with both dead-bolts and locks.  One covered, assigned parking space per unit.  A second vehicle per unit allowed in general parking.  (Photos are of representative apartment.
