Awesome private female room with own private full bathroom (not attached, but just across the hall) on Slate Canyon Dr.  The room is in a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom home, so no need to worry about sharing bathrooms. The home has a newer washer/dryer in unit. Great view of the lake and valley. Newly refurbished kitchen and upstairs with slate floors. Great roommates and really fun YSA, SA, and family wards. The stake is very active and has a great tri-stake institute that meets in the Multi-stake building on 9th East. 

*The other upstairs bedroom (master) with ensuite bathroom is also for rent currently. So, if you want to live with a friend! This is the place! The basement is currently rented out.

Utilities (water, sewer, gas and trash) are split between all 3 roommates and vary depending on the season. This past year it spanned from about $65-$125/tenant/month. It is a big house, so there is plenty of space to relax, have friends over, game nights, etc. The area where the house is located is not BYU approved, but you can email BYU and have it approved easily.
