- Deposit is same as rent (OAC), fully refundable after cleaning/patch/paint.
- Community fee of $75 billed to ledger, to cover water/sewer/trash.
- Internet: 1gb speed through Veracity. Billed to ledger at $60/mos.

Short Term Fee: Based on lease term; see below:
—> 1-3 months: $300/month
—> 4-6 months: $200/month
—> 7+ months: No added fee

Pet friendly with additional non-refundable pet deposit per pet, and monthly pet rent per pet. Cost varies based on animal details. If applicable, please inquire for specific info.

Application Process:
- $40 fee per adult 18+.
- Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
- Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
