Married couples only at this apartment complex made for students. Some units are partially furnished. These highly sought-after apartments are located 1 mile from BYU and 3.5 miles from UVU. This is a smoke-free environment with underground and above ground parking that is well-lit and has security cameras. There is an outdoor gathering space with grill for tenants to enjoy. Coin-operated laundry is onsite.

At this time, we have three units coming available for July move-ins. We do not have a vacant unit available for a showing, however the pictures on the ad are very similar to every unit.
