Tenants who are approved to keep pets on the premises agree to the following terms and responsibilities:            Care & Supervision:             All pets must be properly cared for, supervised, and not left unattended for extended periods of tim                        Cleanliness:             Tenants must promptly clean up all pet waste inside and outside the property. Waste should be disposed of in a sanitary                      manner.            Damage:            Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s), including flooring, walls, doors, landscaping, or furnishings.                  Any pet-related damage will be repaired at the tenant’s expense.            Noise & Behavior:             Pets must not disturb other tenants or neighbors. Excessive noise, aggression, or disruptive behavior may result in                                revocation of pet privileges.                        Health & Licensing:             Pets must be properly vaccinated, licensed (as required by local ordinance), and free of fleas, ticks, or other pests.                        Restricted Areas:             Pets are not permitted in shared hallways, laundry rooms, or other common areas unless on a leash and under control.                                Limitations:             Only the pet(s) listed and approved in the lease or pet agreement are allowed on the property. Additional pets require prior                  written approval from management.                       Liability:              Tenants assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their pet(s) and agree to hold the property                                              owner/management harmless from any related claims.
