The inside of this home was remodeled in 2021. So it is in excellent condition inside. The outside needs some work which I am doing as time allows. The roof is in excellent shape and there is no water that comes in the home. But the outside needs some attention. The backyard is fully fenced and we do allow OUTSIDE animals. NO INSIDE ANIMALS ALLOWED. Don't ask.

The property has 1 small bedroom on the main level. The home is small. Upstairs is 1 large room that could be seperated into 2 small bedrooms if needed. The last tenants where a couple who slept in the bedroom downstairs, and kept their clothes and other belongings upstairs. It is basically a 1 bedroom house. A couple or small family will fit best in the home. It will not accomodate a large family.

The front door comes into what is usually used as the dining room. There is a pass-thru countertop showing into the kitchen. There is a small space downstairs where the furnace is that can be used for storage. There is an attached "garage" that can't be used as a garage but is an excellent space for storage or a workshop. The backyard has a shed for storage. There is plenty of parking space for 3+ cars. The bathroom has a tub with a shower in it. There is only 1 bathroom. The pictures show everything clearly.

All appliances are included with the home, including a washing machine and dryer. There is a dishwasher. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard (watering and mowing) and snow removal in the winter. Tenant is responsible for all utilities which will likely run about $300 a month for water, sewer, garbage, gas and electric. The home is wired for Comcast Xfinity which is NOT included. You can do what you want for internet but Xfinity is the best by far.

No smoking allowed. I will not rent to smokers. The house doesn't need that smell in it. If you have a history of not paying your rent on time I won't rent to you. Thanks.
