Resident shall pay Landlord an additional Deposit as stated above. Such deposit amount to be treated as any other deposit of Resident according to the terms of the Residential Rental Agreement. Resident shall pay additional monthly rent as stated herein so long as the Rental agreement/Pet addendum shall remain in effect. Upon removal of the animal from the premises, Resident may terminate this agreement. However, there shall be no pro-ration of the additional rent for that month and the additional security deposit shall remain until Residents vacate the premises. All pets must be approved prior to allowance. No large dogs over 40 pounds and no aggressive breeds (including but not limited to German shepherds, pit bulls, Rottweilers, mastiffs, dobermans, etc).
