Nice big kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven & microwave. Dining area. Lvp wood flooring in main areas, carpet in the bedrooms. One bathroom with a walk in shower. 

• Bottom unit with no stairs inside or out

• Back patio

• One assigned parking spot, plus visitor and street parking available

• Washer and dryer included

• Rent: $700/montH

• Deposit: $700

• Lease Term: 6 months

• Utilities split between $120-160 per month (in landlord's name)

• HOA amenities: pool, weight room, basketball court

• No Smoking (strict HOA rules)

2. When you email me and i send you the application, reply with these items:
   

   Include a copy of each adult’s driver’s license.

Screening Requirements

• All adults must pass a background check.

Showings
The condo is currently occupied, so showings are limited. I schedule them only with qualified or pre-screened applicants.

• If you submit the application with all verifications, I can begin processing right away.

• Rent: Due on the 1st of each month (no grace period). A $25 late fee is charged per day after the 1st.

• Rent may be paid in advance if desired.

• Payment methods accepted: Zelle (with a financial institution), Venmo, or direct bank deposit

• No checks accepted

• Once offered the lease, you will have 48 hours to sign, pay the deposit, and cover the processing and background check fees.
