This is a basement studio unit with kitchenette on the ground level with private access and a patio area for you to use as well with epic views overlooking St. George and the surrounding mountains/red rocks.

Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, stove cooktop, but no dishwasher or oven. Bathroom has a luxurious walk-in jacuzzi tub. (Last photo shows updated white cabinets and ceiling fan/lights.)

Rent price of $1,150 a month doesn’t include utilities however just 1/3 of the monthly bill. (Estimated $75 including fast WiFi)

We require one month’s rent upfront as well as a $500 deposit

The utilities include 1gb TDS internet with excellent wifi coverage, power and heating/cooling, trash and recycling

Please note:

-no smoking or vaping on the property please. If you need to smoke you can do it at the bottom of the driveway

-pets are negotiable depending on how many and size. We currently own a toy Pomeranian that can be reactive at times 

-can offer month to month for an extra charge or start with a 6 month lease. We are negotiable

-we will verify your income, do a credit check, background check, and references are a plus!

About us:

We are a married couple in our early thirties. We are at home a lot since we both work from home and don't go out too much. But we do travel a lot too for long periods of time. So we’re either home a lot or not at all.
