I own the home and live in it also. Looking to rent out a couple of rooms for supplemental income. Finding the right housemate is more important to me than filling it. My ideal housemate is someone who's clean, has some similar interests, and stays away from weed and other drugs. There is plenty of street parking and a driveway also. I have lots of storage in the garage and inside the house. All housemates will have access to all the Desert Color amenities (Lagoon, pools, pickleball, etc.). Really I'm just looking for chill people who are respectful and friendly!

Internet included in the price & other utilities are not. I'm open to both male and female housemates. I have 2 furnished rooms and 1 unfurnished room available. Let me know if you have any other questions!
