Decent upper floor sized room with walk-in closet and built-in large desk: there is landing space with closet storage space, and a double sink bathroom which is all shared with just one other person. Fridge/freezer and cupboard space, cooking pots/utensils, plates, and cutlery available for use. Rooms are otherwise unfurnished. House is secured with a remote access locking and alarm system. Parking can be found on the side streets but is not available at the home. The home is located barely a minute's walk from Utah Tech/Dixie State University, close to the Historic District of Downtown Saint George. This is a military, student, first responder, and LGBT-friendly household. Deposit, background, and credit check required. Proof of income required. Renters insurance is required and must be maintained during tenancy. Inquire for more information or/and to arrange a viewing! No couples (no exceptions will be made), all rooms are single occupancy only, it’s a quiet little neighborhood so no parties, a friend or two over is perfectly fine, no drinking alcohol if you’re under 21, and clean up after yourself.  No pets accepted due to allergies.
