Private basement room, girls only

Private room shared bath available for move-in February 1st. Rent is $800 a month including utilities. Month-to-month contract with 30 days notice. There are 3 girls in the house, looking for another girl. We love having a girlie household. It’s a downstairs room with a walk-in closet that’s available. The house is 2 minutes from i80 700 e on-ramp. 10 minutes from downtown. 10 minutes to the U. Shopping center and gym right around the corner. We aren't super rambunctious but down to be friends, throw the occasional party. We try to keep things pretty clean, don’t love dishes piling up. Putting a lot of work into making the yard nice to relax and throw BBQ’s. We have 2 cats so no more pets. We also have 7 cutie chickens living in the backyard. There’s a pear, peach, and apricot tree. Shared garden so a plus if you like to garden/plants. We are all non-religious, 420, and lgbtq friendly. The house decor is different than pics right now. Front yard is mulch now, planting lots of things to xeriscape!!
