Unfurnished Bedroom with private bathroom in SH

Howdy!

Looking for someone to fill a room in a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Sugarhouse. $800/month rent, and utilities usually run $45-90ish/month(expecting this to go down slightly as we just a got a new water heater, furnace, and a/c). There's a garage for some light storage and you and one other can share one garage space and one driveway space. Small shared backyard with nice patio with lots of trees and nice landscaping. Super great location close to downtown SH, but also on a really quiet tucked away dead end private street.

Looking to fill the room starting 7/1/25, possibly available mid-June but TBD there.. Operated as a month to month lease but looking for someone who wants to stay a yearish preferably.

Two roommates, mid 20s-early 30s. Looking for someone easygoing, chill, and responsible. Preferably a 20s-30s working professional or student. Shared space is pretty compact, so if you need to work from home you'll need to do so from your room.  Best fit would be someone somewhat who is responsible but fun and easygoing and clean in the space. Being fun and into outdoor stuff is a plus as I'd like someone likeminded, but really looking for someone who is easy and pleasant to be around. Like I said shared spaces are somewhat small so it can feel a little crowded when everyone is home, but thankfully everyone has their own bathrooms.  There is a small closet in the room. Room is unfurnished, but the shared space is obviously furnished.

No pets, no couples.
