Excellent location, within 2 miles of Sugar House Park and within 1 mile of 1300 E freeway entrance. Looking for an individual to share the house with since my old roommate moved away recently. My furniture is currently in the basement, however, I have considered moving upstairs after my old roommate departed. If there are strong preferences to live on one of the floors I am happy to hear those out. Kitchen and Washer/Dryer are shared. I work from home, so I am at the house most of the day. I own a cat and am open to applicants with animals, they just have to get along with other animals. The price does not include internet and utilities, which are around $100/month depending on the season.
