Single Room for Rent

1 room for rent looking for $1189/month. Utilities included + WIFI. 3 bedrooms total. The room for rent is an upstairs room with a shared bathroom with one other tenant. There are 2 current tenants both students at the U. 

We are looking for a roommate who is a student or young professional. You will have street parking on a large street that always has open spots. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom that is open does require furniture. 

This house would be great for someone who attends school at the U or Westminster College, who is looking for a place by the University and who is open to living with other roomates in a nice furnished house with lots of space. We don't like to have loud parties, just have friends over in small groups once in a while, but not super often. We would like someone who is clean and tidy with public spaces and picks up after themselves and is respectful. We are all friendly and get along well with others! 

Lease starts 7/1/24-6/30/25  Open to Re-signing.
