This isn't a basement duplex apartment. This is a walk-in ground level apartment with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It's roomy at 1,030 square feet. The kitchen was recently remodeled and I'm putting in noise proofing insulation and upgrading the lighting now.

I live upstairs--I'm really friendly and relatively quiet! I'd love to have a respectful, like-minded, relatively quiet tenant downstairs. Cats are welcome and I'm happy to pet-sit when you are out of town.

Laundry area is shared (we each have separate entrances to the laundry) but everything else about your unit is separate. There's plenty of storage available for outdoor gear, etc.--including a big two-car garage! And there may be room for your own veggie garden and some chairs in the front yard if you are interested.
