Single room & private bath in Sugarhouse for woman

Great location right off 13th East, near downtown Sugarhouse, easy access to the freeway, short walk to Westminster, and 10 minute car/bus ride to the U. Really cute house with front and backyards and garage for storage.

The room is 12' x 16'. Will be unfurnished. Private bathroom. Rent is $800/month, security deposit is also $800. Utilities are split among everyone each month (~$100 each).

The 4 roommates are mid-late 20s non-LDS women who work and/or are in grad school at the U. Looking for someone similar who is clean, respectful, reliable, and interested in staying at least a year (new lease will be starting July 1). No smoking, no pets.

I've lived here for nearly 10 years, so you know it's a good spot! :)
