Close to the U of U, Westminster, 15th & 15th, shopping, cafes, downtown, and freeway access. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water & cable, sprinklers & general maintenance, which includes maintaining the yard (mowing, trimming, weeding), and snow removal. RENTER'S INSURANCE is mandatory. Absolutely no smoking or pets (Non-Negotiable), please don't waste our time. There will be a ONE-TIME-ONLY, August 2, open house by APPOINTMENT ONLY, this is an INVITE-ONLY. The deposit is $2,500 which $100 will be non-refundable.
