Cute San Francisco Style Condo
Come live in the cutest HOA village in the Salt Lake area! This San Francisco Condo Community boasts four newly renovated ponds with waterfalls, two swimming pools and two hot tubs. This is an upper floor end unit, so no neighbors above making noise. Vaulted ceilings, newer flooring and lots of windows makes the space feel bright and cozy. There is one carport but plenty of additional uncovered spaces if you have an additional vehicle. Every unit in the HOA has their exterior repainted every 7 years, so the community is always looking nice and well-maintained. Dogs and cats are allowed (with an additional $300 security deposit and $30 increase in monthly rent) but the HOA rules state they have to be below 25 pounds and no more than two pets.
Tenant is only responsible for electric and gas, all other utilities and HOA fees are paid by the landlord. The unit includes a laundry closet which is rare for a condo of this size. While this unit is centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley, it doesn't feel like it due to the character and charm of the community. There is a private deck for a nice relaxation area, but please note the HOA does not allow excessive storage on those as they want the community to maintain the charm. Speaking of storage, there is a private storage unit also right by the front door that locks.
Newer energy-efficient HVAC System (installed in 2024), hot water heater, interior doors and kitchen faucet
Current tenant is still there so we prefer to send a video walkthrough to any interested parties. If still interested after watching, then we will schedule a time for an in-person tour.
