Landlord may require $45 application fee for credit check per adult. Approval based OAC, (Good credit a must), income verification, clean background and good rental history. Deposit due at time of lease signing to secure lease. Full rent for 1st month will be due upon move in. Rent based on monthly price (noted above), willing to pro-rate dates on a per diem basis. $200 deep cleaning fee will be deducted from $1500 deposit.
