A room is available in beautiful Sugarhouse home (4 bedroom 1.75 bath). The bedroom is on main floor (unfurnished) with lots of natural light and has a large closet. There's additional storage space available as well. You’d have a semi-private bathroom (wouldn't share shower/tub).

The home is fully furnished (besides bedroom), located in a great neighborhood (see last pic), you’d live with two others (both downstairs) and a 8 year old lab bordercollie (she does best as an only child so unfortunately no other pets).

I'm one of the ones living downstairs, and I use the other upstairs room as my office- I'm a wfh professional in my mid 30s who loves reading, thrifting, a good glass of wine, and a clean house. I try and be very respectful and I have a long history of long & short term tenants and would be happy to provide references. The other person will be here from Feb-April, is an Occupational Therapist for IHC and she’s also mid 30s.

There's also some other shops & restaurants at 1300S & 1700E along with a neighborhood grocery store (Harmons).
