An open room is available in beautiful Sugarhouse home (4 bedroom 1.75 bath). Available Bedroom is on main floor (unfurnished) with lots of natural light with a large closet. You’d have a semi-private bathroom (wouldn't share shower/tub).

The home is fully furnished (besides bedroom), located in a great neighborhood, you’d live with two others (both downstairs) and a friendly 8 year old lab bordercollie. I'm one of the ones living downstairs- I'm a wfh professional in my mid 30s who loves reading, thrifting, good glass of wine, and a clean house. I try and be very respectful and I have a long history of longterm tenants and would be happy to provide references.

Utilities run ~$100-150/month per person (depending on season). No smoking.
