Share a house with one person in a nice neighborhood on a quiet corner street in Rose Park. Close to I-15 and 2-15 access.

Move in ready now. Pro-rated for the rest of December. The lease is through July 2026. With an option to resign at that point.

$1050 + utilities a month includes:

3 bedrooms on the main floor, down the same hall (would make a good bedroom, office, and workout or gear room)

Room dimensions:
12x11ft bedroom w/ longest closet (queen bed in pic for reference)
11x9ft spare bedroom
9x8 room with shelf wall

1 private bathroom with a shower/tub and 1 sink (This is also the guest bathroom, not shared with the other roommate) Down the same hall as the rooms.

Large amount of common space:
Dining room: front of house with table
kitchen: a lot of counter and cupboard space. Microwave, 2 ovens, gabage disposal, dishwasher. Please use own kitchenware
Large family room: couch and wood burning fireplace (wood pile in backyard). Space for another couch or furniture.

Extra storage under the stairs and in hallway cupboards/shelves.

Includes laundry room with washer and dryer.

Does not include any of the garage space on the property.

The private living spaces are on separate floors. The other roommate has the upstairs family room, master bedroom and bathroom.

Must be good with dogs. A border collie already lives there for a few more months.

This is not a party house. No drugs, a background check will be conducted, application must be filled out and show proof of work and income.

Current roommate is a single male in late 30’s, enjoys camping, dirt biking, off roading in trucks, RC cars, talking about music/going to concerts, and playing with the dog. Non LDS. Looking for a like minded individual, preferably in the 35-45 age range, quiet evenings, and ok with an after work beverage.
