Bryant (25 Male, After School teacher) lives in smaller bedroom in house addition.
Renter is responsible for 1/4 of the following utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet). The cost is split equally between all the housemates. It is typically between $70-$100 depending on the month.

Flexible leases available, ideally at least 9 months. Most importantly we are looking for a friendly housemate that's a good fit.
