This is a premium location on a private lane, so it’s very quiet despite its proximity to so much else. Public transportation; bus and Trax stops nearby as well. Several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. LGBTQ+ friendly! This lovely home has hard wood floors and ceramic tile in all public spaces. Large living room, galley kitchen, and a unique vintage layout with lots of character and amazing lighting throughout. The room itself (photos 9-13) is the master bedroom including separate A/C, and a private en suite bathroom w/ separate heat control, a Clawfoot tub/shower and excellent lighting.

2 current tenants are male, one full time student at the U of U who is also working nearly full-time, and one working professional, who is very outdoorsy. We both have very active social lives as well. Open to both genders, current roommate moving out is female.
