Has in-unit high efficiency front load clothes washer/dryer, central AC, updated carpet, new toilet, cordless light-block window coverings, plus two extra closets and built in storage cabinets. Apartment is *not* furnished.

This is a mother-in-law apartment, which means you will live with your landlords, but don’t worry, we are friendly and quiet, quick with maintenance/snow removal, and do our best to give you space and privacy.

Smoking or vaping in apartment or on premises is strictly prohibited. Sorry no service/emotional support animals (per Utah Code  57-21-1). 

Rent is $1565/month, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $165/MONTH will be paid to landlord for all utilities (water, electricity, gas, + high speed Google Fiber internet). Security deposit is $1,500 ($1,300 refundable).  

Requirements: 

Gross (pre-tax) monthly income (or combined income for roommates) must be at least 2.5X monthly rent (about $3,700). Must have good credit and no eviction or criminal history. Must obtain renters insurance. 

Upon acceptance of application, tenant(s) must authorize a $45 credit, criminal record, and eviction check. The background check is processed through rentler and is non-refundable. Please send a message for more information prior to submitting an application.
