Hey all, we are in search of another flatmate since two of the girls are moving after there graduate programs. Recently remodeled home on a quiet and safe neighborhood for rent. Total of 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms on the main floor. One room includes your own private bathroom and has south and west facing window (lots of natural light), the second bedroom is the largest in the house, window faces north with views of the backyard and a the end of the house so slightly more secluded.

Home comes with new energy efficient appliances (new fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer), forced central heating & cooling, quartz countertops, new cabinetry & Matte black finishes. Kitchen has an attached deck. Shared common areas have large windows with plenty of natural sunlight. If that’s not enough for you, there’s a HUGE back yard and breathtaking view of the Wasatch Mtns. It’s perfect for morning coffee, lounging, reading or watching sunrises or sunset.

Utilities- internet is included but responsible for power and gas(based on usage). 40-100. (100 was the highest we’ve ever seen it)

Parking- in front of the house or on the street as the attached garage is already taken.

Renters insurance REQUIRED. Credit check/background check required. Credit scores lower than 650 will require an additional deposit. Credit scores below 610 are not accepted.

About us- The photos you see are examples of the level of cleanliness expected. Don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink, clean an area as soon as you’re done using it etc. If you think that would be challenging for you to maintain the shared common areas this way then we might not be a good fit.

We all get along really well, have girls nights, go out together as well as do our own things. We are females in our mid 20’s to early 30’s. We would love someone who’s also down to join us for our weekly Sunday dinner. Each week one of us takes turns cooking a homemade meal. We also take turns every weekend cleaning the floors, sweeping and moping in addition to wiping down counters and appliances as needed. One medium doodle, and two 6-8 lbs muts, all hypoallergenic and are always with their owner but LOVE CUDDLES for anyone who loves pets but doesn't want the responsibility of caring for one.
