This apartment has three rooms two of which are beds and the other one is a full size room but has no window. It is located in a closed circle in West Valley, 1 minute away from 215 highway and 15 minutes from Down Town. 4 minutes away from Gym in Constitution Blvd. Smiths, Davis, Super Savers are all 5 minutes away. It has a full kitchen,  dishwasher, washer and dryer, and Frigidaire Ice Machine and cold water fridge. It also has one master bedroom with full bathroom, enough for king size bed. Outside, the apartment is surrounded by concrete to prevent insects and rodents. Outside there is a big yard for recreational activities and a place for basketball players to throw shots. Utilities are included in the amount of rent.   

If you cannot handle some noise then maybe it is not the place for you. This house has a separate lower apartment that is currently occupied. It has separate entry and driveway. Nothing shared at all. The only thing that is shared is utilities and tenants pay half around 250 every month.
