Downtown Modern Condo on Broadway

Modern, newly renovated condo in downtown Salt Lake City. Flexible move-in date. By far the best feature is the great location! It's walkable to dozens of awesome spots (locals restaurants/bars, grocery stores,  concert venues, City Creek, public library, The Leonardo, movie theater). TRAX (public light rail) is only 1 block away and gets you to the U of U, the airport and all around the valley.  Enjoy hot tubbing with a city view, exercising in the work-out room, relaxing in the sauna (all of which are located on the same floor). The kitchen has a lot of storage and nice amenities like quartz countertops and a large counter-depth fridge with french doors and purified water. The living/dining room has plenty of room for hosting guests and tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows.
