Room for rent in shared house

12' x 12.5' room with 2 large closets for rent in home shared with 1 female and 2 dogs. $800 covers all rent & utilities/wifi. $800 safety deposit. 1 year lease preferred. Move in February 1st. The room is fairly separate from the rest of the house. Gates contain the dogs away from most of the living space.

I teach music lessons in the living room on Tuesdays between the hours of 4pm-7:30pm with plenty of notice. Student times vary from week to week but you are welcome to walk through if necessary.

Large shared full bath with a ton of storage. I use the large bathroom primarily to shower. Otherwise, the bathroom is yours. The half bathroom is attached to my room and I use that one for everything else and as my private bathroom.

Basement and garage storage available. Large covered back patio and front porch. I am near bus and trax lines and lots of great local restaurants (Delice Baker, The Donut Shop, Burgers on Wheels, UMI Japanese Shabu). The house is across from basketball and pickleball courts and soccer and baseball fields. Big Backyard.
