It's about 860 ft², 2 bed 1 bath, kitchen plus in-unit washer/dryer. It has plenty of storage as well as garage space if you need it for skis/kayaks/snow tires/what have you. Driveway and safe/ free street parking available. Fresh paint, carpet, and appliances! Only shared space is the garage and backyard area, both of which you are welcome to use. 

Looking to rent it for $2000 + $200 flat rate for utilities = $2200 per month all inclusive. Available as soon as November 22. Pets ok w/ deposit and pet rent. 

Lease length: 1 month minimum. 

About me: I am a 32 year old working professional (remote work). I will be your upstairs neighbor! I have one small cat who you might see on supervised release outings to the backyard! I love mountain biking, skiing, and climbing. I'm an early to bed gal (usually always before midnight). Non-LDS, LGBTQ+ friendly environment. I'd love to be pals but am also fine leaving you to your solitude. I will be the primary snow shoveler and trash taker-outer. No smoking or vaping inside the house, this is non-negotiable, thank you :)
