Security deposit equal to monthly rent due before lease signing, and is also fully refundable. Full month's rent due before lease signing. Renter's insurance is required for the duration of your lease. We will work with lower credit scores within reason. No previous evictions or current collections. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. No more than 2 unrelated adults.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

$40.00 monthly fee for water, sewer, trash and Gas. Tenants will need their own electricity, internet and cable account. Snow removal from the unit's entryway and walkway.
