There are lot of apartments in downtown Salt Lake, so why Moda Bonneville? First and foremost it's the amazing property manager Rosa. From convenience requests to difficult but respectful conversations, I finally am in a place where management actually cares about the needs of their tenants and mean it. She truly does go above and beyond most and is probably why I'm still here 4 years later. Aside from amazing management, the location can't be beat. I'm in the heart of downtown, close to all my favorite grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Smiths), near Trax, a bar at the corner, a music venue across the street, and walking distance to Main Street. For all you young professionals, I highly recommend this place. It's downtown living with very reasonable pricing!

Highly recommend this place! The prices are reasonable and affordable, and the management staff are super helpful! It’s very well maintained with several facility perks (including a clubroom, outside sitting area, and a jacuzzi) and pet friendly too. It’s also close to pharmacies, supermarkets, and the UTA Trax.
TL;DR great place, great staff, great vibes!
