Dog <25lbs or cat (up to 2) allowed for additional fees and deposit. I just replaced all the carpet as a result of poorly trained dogs:-(. The space is now essentially new and I want to keep it that way. In order to maintain a "like new" place I will only allow up to 1 dog OR 2 cats. An additional monthly fee will be collected as well as a pet specific deposit. NOTE we (you and I) will perform a UV light walkthrough prior to move in and immediately after moving out. The condition of the carpet, walls, cabinets, blinds etc. must all be like they were when moved in. Like a rental car, I'll require tenants to note any discrepancy immediately upon move in. Barking will not be tolerated and will be subject for lease termination as it is a shared roof And unwanted barking is a nuisance. Please ensure your pet is well trained before applying or arranging a walk through.
