This on the border to the Marmalade district and close to everything downtown including Trax and Front Runner (2 blocks away). Also we are 3 blocks away from the Marmalade Branch library. The neighborhood is quiet and we have some great neighbors. I would also need security deposit of $675.00.. There are a total of 4 of us that currently lives in the house. Also 2 Hypoallergenic cute small dogs. (They pretty much stay with us all the time). This would be ideally for a student or someone single (male or female), is quiet, and has good payment history, someone to help around the house with their chores, being clean is a must.
