Parking & Storage: 1 driveway spot included for off-street parking. Extra storage space is available in the garage, a storage closet, and a backyard shed.

Restrictions: Single occupancy only. No couples, families, kids, or pets.

House Culture & Environment

Cleanliness: We share the responsibility of keeping all common areas clean and tidy.

Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

Low-Tox & Substance-Free: Strictly fragrance-free and chemical-free home (natural cleaners only; no scented detergents, candles, air fresheners, perfumes, or colognes). Absolutely no alcohol, or smoking/vaping allowed on or around the property.

Rent & Terms

Cost: $840/month (all utilities and high-speed internet included).

Deposit: $700 security deposit (up to 100% refundable).

Lease: Month-to-month flexibility with 3-month minimum preferred. A lease agreement will be put in place to keep things official.

Screening: A $50 credit and background check is required for final applicants (payable via Venmo).
