I am the homeowner, and there is one other male roommate here now. We currently have no pets and are looking to keep it that way. Note: The bed/furniture currently pictured will be removed before move-in; the room is available and ready for immediate move-in.

• Fully Stocked Kitchen: All shared appliances, cooking tools, and kitchen essentials are included (no need to bring your own kitchen gear).

• Parking & Storage: 1 driveway spot included for off-street parking. Extra storage space is available in the garage, a storage closet, and a backyard shed.

• Restrictions: Single occupancy only. No couples, families, kids, or pets.

House Culture & Environment

• Cleanliness: We share the responsibility of keeping all common areas clean and tidy.

• Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Low-Tox & Substance-Free: Strictly fragrance-free and chemical-free home (natural cleaners only; no scented detergents, candles, air fresheners, perfumes, or colognes). Absolutely no alcohol,  or smoking/vaping allowed on or around the property.

Rent & Terms

• Cost: $840/month (all utilities and high-speed internet included).

• Deposit: $700 security deposit (up to 100% refundable).

• Lease: Month-to-month flexibility with 3-month minimum preferred. A lease agreement will be put in place to keep things official.

• Screening: A $50 credit and background check is required for final applicants (payable via Venmo).
