AND THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY to 801-897-6809 approximately 30 minutes before you would like to see it, and we will text you the code to the lockbox. We do not allow showings after 8:00 pm or on Sundays.

If you want to apply, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee. We require two months of current paystubs and a copy of your Drivers License attached to the application. One year of continuous employment is needed. We do accept cosigners and guarantors.

Security deposit is the same as the rent. The lease set-up/initiation fee is $300.
