If you want to apply, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee. We require two months of current paystubs and a copy of your Drivers License attached to the application. One year of continuous employment is needed. We do accept cosigners and guarantors.

Security deposit is the same as the rent. Once approved, the lease set-up/initiation fee is $300.
