Quiet, safe neighborhood near elementary school. One roommate does have a friendly, well-behaved and trained dog, and another has a snake. No other pets are allowed without agreement from landlord and other roommates.
Ideal roommate is easy-going and friendly, willing to share living space and get along with other roommates. Must be responsible and pay rent and utilities on time. Must clean up after themselves and maintain a clean living environment comfortable for all roommates. Must respect the property and the neighbors and adhere to noise curfews in the neighborhood. Interview process will include meeting all roommates to ensure a good fit.
One room is available now, a second room will be available Sept 1, 2025.
