DETAILED DESCRIPTION: This is not "a party house"; most current residents are Mormons and follow LDS Standards. Any religion is accepted, including no religion; the goal is cooperation among all. Can be good for Graduate Students or Retired Seniors. To follow LDS Standard, residents are Male.
This house is rented to like-minded males with respectful life goals. We offer availability to students enrolled in any area college or university; U of Utah, Western Governors U, Salt Lake Community College, Ensign College, or enrollment in any other serious study institution; or full-time employment in his studied field, or some combination of college advancement and employment. Retired Seniors may find this to be a good house for them. This is NOT a "party house"; while small social gatherings may occasionally occur, seek housing elsewhere if partying is your goal. House does NOT have cable television, specifically to discourage distractions from academics; school/homework, career prep, reading. House has Google Fiber internet.

1.) Are you currently enrolled in a college? If so, describe your program of study?
2.) Are you multi-lingual? List languages you understand or are currently learning.
3.) Are you a Retired Senior? Are you employed? Who is your employer? Describe your typical week. What is your source of income to pay rent and other life expenses?
4.) The best match is a person who brings no more than the volume of 2 or 3 suitcases. Can you hold to that?
5.) Religion or similar affiliate is not a requirement; however, on average over recent years, half or more residents have been LDS. Are you familiar with LDS Standard? If admitted, will you respect the religion of all residents (including any who are unaffiliated) as long as mutual respect is honored?

There is sufficient on- and off-street parking for 5 household cars. Both 5th East Street and 9th East Street have active and frequent UTA bus lines toward downtown SLC and TRAX line to U of Utah, Ensign College and downtown SLCC campuses. Also, 3 blocks to 3300 South bus line and Millcreek TRAX Station, and near TRAX S-Line. Or skip bus and walk 7 blocks (7/8 of one mile) to S-Line TRAX Station on 700 East.
