2 month Ski Lease/Sublet for 500sqft master suite

Hi!
We have a giant furnished master suite (~500 sqft) with its own bathroom available for a short term sublet/ski lease this winter in our fun, social, co-ed house. The room is available December 18th 2025 through February 18th, 2026. The kitchen/living room are shared. We would consider less than the full 2 months as well as double occupancy for a higher rent price.

First, about the room/house:

The room has a big closet, 7 big windows that face west, north, and south, and a huge private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. There is a 65" TV on a rectractable wall mount, a king size bed with 4 month old mattress, futon couch, sitting/standing desk with hydraulic lift and desk chair, 30" computer monitor with USB--C and HDMI, wall art, lamps, nightstands, bookshelf and shoe rack.

The location is excellent - walk to Brickyard/Millcreek Commons for restaurants/bars/groceries/stores/gym, easy access to freeways, convenient to Park City/Deer Valley, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, as well as sugarhouse/downtown, and quick to get to Momentum, the Front, or Vasa fitness. There is a bus that stops right in front of the house that will take you straight to Ft Union, where you can transfer to the ski bus up Big Cottonwood canyon very easily.

The room is on the 2nd floor and is enormous - would be perfect for work from home with the included hydraulic sitting/standing desk, Google Fiber, and the fantastic light in the room from all the big windows, especially in the afternoon.

The house itself is giant. It's ~4400 sqft, 6 beds 3.5 baths, with a nice deck off the kitchen, a dedicated off-street parking spot for you, and large kitchen/living areas.

The kitchen is big and well laid out, and there is a large pantry room that has two extra fridges in it and extra shelving. With three full-size fridges, each housemate shares a full-size fridge/freezer with only one other housemate. There is a large laundry room on the 2nd floor. We have an awesome 120" projector and do weekly organized movie nights (typically tuesday nights) as well as informal movie/show watching/hanging out whenever.

Utilities are $95 extra, which includes the standard utilities plus fiber internet and tons of movies/streaming services. Also, from the utilities budget, the house buys toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and some other cleaning supplies, so you don't need to worry about those things.

Sorry, no furry pets allowed per the lease with our landlord.

Second, about us:

We are a bunch of outdoorsy friends in our 20s and 30s, and we love hanging out with each other, having periodic shared dinners, and inviting our friends over for BBQs, board game nights, movie nights, and other fun social gatherings. We do have an occasional bigger gathering like 4th of July BBQ, Pie and Beer day, friendsgiving, etc, but definitely no ragers.

We are all active and outdoorsy - skiing/boarding backcountry and in bounds, mountain/road biking, climbing, backpacking, trail running, playing ultimate frisbee, etc., and we are all open-minded and non-judgmental/accepting of other people's lifestyles. Would love to have new climbing/skiing/biking/running partners!

Finally, about you:

We are looking for a temporary person (or possibly couple) to fill the room, but also someone we can be friendly with and enjoy hanging out with. Obviously, everyone is welcome to time and space of their own in the house (and with 4400 sqft, there is space to spread out), but in general, we are looking for someone friendly and interested in sharing a ride up to the mountain or joining for a movie night.

Of course, the standard things apply too - employed and financially responsible, no-drama, no smoking inside the house, positive and optimistic, etc.
