We are looking for a housemate! You would have a private, separate keyed entry living space  on the lower level of the house. It has a primary studio space and a good sized bonus room with closet for office, movies, hobby, etc. 

You'll  be very close to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The neighborhood is dubbed "Top of the World" because it overlooks the valley.

We are offering a unique location with views and a quick trip up to the canyons and ski resorts that almost no apartment can beat. Garage parking for those icy snowy mornings! Storage space! On-site maintenance attention available 24-hrs/day, plus an online rental portal with convenient payment options. Big yard.  

Expect wildlife visitors of all kinds. The turkeys, bobcats and deer are our favorites.

Please plan on using a local laundromat or paying a flat $15 fee per month to share upstairs laundry machines.
