We're looking for one housemate to share our charming and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ~2,400 sq ft Sugarhouse bungalow! We're looking to fill this room by July 1, but we can be flexible if an earlier move in date is needed!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, approx. 2,400 sq ft. Full size kitchen, living room, and dining room.
This house is spacious, and is one of the larger homes in the area.
Full laundry. TWO covered porches (front and back). Street parking. A small garage with space for bikes, skis, tools, or a motorcycle. Additional storage in an attic.
The common areas of the house are furnished, but the bedrooms do not come furnished (so, you'll need to provide your own bed, dresser, etc.)

The house is in Liberty Wells/Sugarhouse (near the intersection of 1700 S, 500 E)

UTILITIES:
Utilities are a flat rate of $150 per month, which includes Google Fiber Internet, curbside trash & recycling pickup, and all other utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer).
APPLICATION:
We will require a background check, proof of employment/income and references before lease signing. Income must be at least 2x rent. First month's rent and deposit are due at lease signing, and last month's rent is due within 45 days of lease signing. The deposit is the same amount as one full month's rent, and the deposit is refundable.
