Millcreek 2/1 Basement Apt. Dog friendly :-)

Hi there!

This spacious basement apartment has it's own keyless entry to the front door and will be available March 11th, 2026.      

The location is on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to St. Marks hospital and a short drive to all major freeways and downtown.  Less than a mile walk down 1300 S is the new Millcreek Commons area as well as Harmon's and Brickyard area.  A well behaved dog is allowed with Pet deposit, but no cats.  Utilities are split with the upstairs tenants and usually range from $150-$250 per month for everything(gas, electric, water internet sewer).  I can pay utilities and include a flat rate in the rent if that's preferred.  The climate control is upstairs, so if the downstairs gets chilly in the winter, the electric fireplace has been installed to help.  Obviously, communicating with your upstairs neighbors will also be important to having a comfortable living arrangement.  

The upstairs tenant is a single professional, but that is always subject to change.  She enters the upstairs through her dedicated backyard entrance and the basement apartment enters through the front door.  They backyard is generally used by the upstairs and the front yard is shared.  The unit is currently occupied, but can schedule tours for interested parties.

The owner will entertain small modifications to the space for a multi-year lease, but hope to rent it "as is" for the standard 12 month lease.  It also comes with a covered parking spot and half of the driveway space.  It is rented directly by the property owner, income verification, credit check, references will be required, though some flexibility can be extended.
