This 171 sq ft bedroom features two large closets and plenty of additional common storage if needed. Nightstands and lamps will be added to room shortly. Adjacent to the room is a large private bathroom with two sinks, a large shower and additional storage space. The other two housemates live upstairs, so you mostly will have the bottom floor to yourself. 

The 3000 sq ft home is located in the amazing Olympus Cove neighborhood, known for being lush, safe and close to all of the best that SLC has to offer. The home features a large kitchen, a game room with pool table, a TV/movie den, two indoor gas fireplaces, two guest rooms, a huge private deck and backyard with shed and fruit trees, a gas patio heater, a Peloton bike, a Traeger and gas grill. Common spaces are furnished and feature hickory hardwood floors. We have a small, friendly munchkin cat that mostly hangs out in our room.

Can come unfurnished if needed. A second room or office can be available.
